Initial Clean-Up

• If it’s been more than a week since your yard was last cleaned, an initial clean-up is required.
• Most clean-ups fall under the $60 minimum charge.
• Larger properties, big dogs, long grass, snow, or long periods without cleaning may take 2–4 hours.

Pricing

• Minimum Charge: $60 covers up to 60 minutes of clean-up.
• Additional Time: $1.00 per minute after the first 60 minutes.

What to Expect

• We use a GPS-tracked timer to monitor clean-up time, so you only pay for what’s needed.
• If extra time is required, the extra minutes will be charged to the card on file, and you’ll receive a receipt after the job is done.

After the Initial Clean-Up

Weekly Service

• Once your yard is clean, we’ll schedule you for weekly service on the designated day for your area.

Visit Reminders

• You’ll receive two automated text reminders:
  • The first at 4:30 PM the evening before.
  • The second at 7:45 AM on the day of service.
• When you’re next on the list, the Picker will send an “On The Way” message.

Access to Your Yard

• You don’t need to be home! We just need access to your yard.
• We’ll clean up, secure your gate when we leave, and handle all weather conditions—rain, shine, sleet, or snow!
